Comprehensive Mental Health Support
Need support to manage feeling low, worried, stressed, and anxious? Experiencing poor sleep or fatigue? Our 2 programs (8 week or 16 weeks) are tailored to your individual needs and provided by experienced and knowledgeable mental health professionals.
What is it?
A mental health coaching program tailored to your needs, and delivered at a time suitable to you via video, phone calls and messaging. Specialised nurses and psychologists will provide a stepped care approach to your mental health needs to help you grow your resilience.
This tailored program will enable access as required to an exercise physiologist, dietitian, physiotherapist and yoga therapist who will work with you and your psychologist, psychiatrist and/or GP to deliver you the best support possible.
Who’s it for?
If you’re a Westfund member who is covered by a Gold tier Hospital cover, you may be able to take advantage of this program.
Eligibility criteria
Comprehensive Mental Health Support is available to active, up to date Westfund members aged over 18 years (for dependants aged 14-17 years parental consent required), who have held Gold tier Hospital cover, Silver Plus Assure Hospital cover or Overseas Top Plus Hospital with Extras cover for at least two months. Members can only be enrolled in one mental health program offered by Westfund at a time and are eligible for one mental health program in their lifetime.
Please note additional clinical criteria may apply. Full program eligibility is determined by the program provider.
