Protecting your privacy is our priority. That’s why we’ve created our Privacy and Security Hub to help members verify communications from us and to better understand what information we collect, why we collect it and how members can update, manage and correct their information.

Communication preferences

Westfund members can manage their communication preferences via our Online Services. If you'd like to change how you hear from us, you can update your preferences, opt-out, or opt-in to communications by logging in to Members Online or the Westfund App

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

At Westfund, we are committed to keeping your data safe and secure. We have implemented Multi-Factor Authentication, a security measure that provides an additional layer of protection. With MFA, you will be prompted to enter a unique one-time code, which will be sent to you via SMS or email whenever you log in to Members Online or the Westfund app. For more information, head to our Help Desk.
